One of Medichem’s core principles is prioritizing the safety of our people, facilities, and the environment. We are committed to continuously enhancing our preventive culture to ensure a secure and sustainable future for all. This commitment goes beyond our operations, as we collaborate with organizations to support our communities and create shared value. A clear example of this is the initiative launched in 2021 at our Celrà site: a solidarity campaign promoting Zero Accidents. Through this program, we reinforce our safety culture while supporting local social organizations—donating a financial contribution for every 100 accident-free days.
