The goal of our Contract R&D is to effectively reduce your costs and timelines and facilitate you in the process of meeting your milestones. From synthetic feasibility analysis to drug discovery, process development and subsequent manufacture, we will become your contract research partner and accelerate your drug development programme as an objective oriented resource.
Our R&D efforts have given rise to a wide range of existing products and an excellent know-how and expertise.
- More than 50 skilled and experienced people are constantly striving to obtain new synthetic processes as well as improving existing ones. When required, tailor-made products and processes are developed to meet customers’ need.
- We offer a fully integrated development for new products from their very conception in our R&D labs up to their commercial production, fully cGMP supported and compliant with all regulatory requirements from health authorities.
- Apart from state of the art design of new synthetic routes and development and improvement of analytical methods we are in permanent interaction with qualified universities and R&D centres. We see this as a dynamic process in our constant quest for new techniques, processes and facilities and for teaching staff distinguished by their excellence in their specialist field.
- The R&D department is supported by a kilo lab facility comprising of a 15L reactor with a temperature range from - 40ºC to 200ºC.
- We also work closely with some world class companies offering highly specialised techniques. In these cases the development is carried out under the close supervision of our R&D project leaders who are responsible for continuing the work in-house and for the supervision of the scale-up.
